Damn, even 235 in a 911TT is very impressive!

I think the fastest I've had mine up to at the end of the front straight is 205. Although if you are doing this speed at the end of the front straight you really shouldn't be looking at your speedo...there's a left hand turn coming up very fast!

Hey trust me I would love to do this on the track.

Two issues stopping me:
1)S2KCal is very rarely in town and able to come to events and although he lets me bring the car to the odd meet he most likely will not let me bring it to the track.
2)Although I might get flamed for this, I just don't think race city is all that great. Maybe for Calgary, but just not that great overall. (This is just my humble OPINION, I am not trying to say this is necessarily true)

I am sure once the car is fully paid for S2KCal will be more willing to play around with it.

You are not far off at all, Racecity is a dump IMO, most Calgary streets are in better shape. I know our climate makes surface maintenance tough and expensive.

Yes, I have been around a few different road courses, including Calgary.

LUV2REV said it exactly as I should have. The course in Calgary could be a pretty decent one if only our weather didn't wreak havok on it each and every year. The only other thing I can see is that with all the money in Calgary nobody seems very interested in making the track something Calgary could be proud of.

Race City is a dump. But it's what we have, so we'll use it

It's too bad they don't have the proper marketing and development teams behind the project. There is a ton of potential for Calgary to have a high-quality motorsports park.
