actually there are 180 treadwear re01-r's are available they are only in 15" though

I was looking on tire rack's website, and most of the RE01R sizes are actually a 180 treadwear. It's mostly the 16" sizes and a few select 17" sizes. Unless their site is wrong, but they're usually quite good about stuff like that.

So you bought this Trung, should be a fun project. I saw it for sale a while ago and considered it as a project as well, but couldnt justify a second s2000

I have 225/45/17 and 255/40/17 and both sizes have 180 written on them.

crazy build...

i had re01r they were wicked.. tred wear was 140 and my tires were done in less then a yer of use...

just some updates.... look how clean the engine is now
i got all the seals replaced, and couple new peices like oil pump, water pump etc...
and i got a lot of new stuff.... like lots.
