The underside of the bumper closest to the splash zone is having some pitting due to rocks. I am probably going to cover this place up with some 3M film. The area covered will only be about 3cm X8cm. Anyone still has some 3M film leftover?

 

I just saw this post. I don't think I've got enough to cover the whole width of the car but ask me when you come over today.

It's more like "sand blasting".

Yes, it does happen on all these cars because that's the way it's designed. It's not as bad as Former makes it sound. He's a very meticulous guy and wants to keep his brand new car pristine. I think we all have the same thing. I just don't let it bother me too much.

If you are available, I'll meet with you for burgers on Sun. 11:45 AM at the A & W in Crowfoot. We can park at the far end of the Revy lot adjacent and overlooking A & W where there is lots of safe parking. Maybe some of the other guys will show up too.
