It is now a very abbreviated experience.
I bet it is, especially with the 4.44's! EXCELLENT thread xviper, I cannot remember off the top of my head, but do you have any other drivetrain mods like clutch, flywheel, etc?

So far, just the S/C and the 4.44's. I'll do the clutch when and if the need arises. Don't know if you can count the oiljet bolts but I have those too - just for added insurance. Oh, and Neuspeed catback for what that's worth.

About how much weight does the complete supercharger kit add to the front end and how much is reduced by stock air box, etc.?
This is only a "guesstimate".
S/C, chargecooler, rad, coolant tank, plus the coolant and all bracketry, etc .......... maybe 40 lbs. (The box it came in was about 60 lbs.)
Stock air box ............. maybe 15-20 lbs.

Installed my Autometer boost gauge yesterday and had a chance to take it out for a spin today.
It's kinda neat to see the needle bouncing around depending on what your right foot is doing.
Normally, when steady state coasting, the thing reads about 15# of vacuum. When engine braking, it'll go to 22# vacuum. Normal acceleration, it'll jump up to about 10# vacuum and on one occasion, I "gave 'er" and it went up to 5# boost (at just over 7K rpm).
If you're gonna have a gauge, one that actually moves is a lot of fun!
