I do not think this forum will fall flat on it butt.. I set it up because I wanted to. and because the 4 S2K owners living in these 3 provinces need a place to hang out

Anyway, do not worry that this forum is taking up to much room, or it may fall.. does not really matter. It was a brain wave I had.. tis all

Can you muster up 5 Montreal folks for a forum.

Take note a forum is set up to try and encourage outside event participation.

All folks interested in setting up a club can pm me and I will set it up.

Hi all, I think it's great we have a Cdn pairie group. Count me in, I think there are more than 4 owners. in MB Sask Alberta. I bought mine in Sept 2001 in Winnipeg and I think I may have been the 3rd from the dealer I bought from and the 5th sold in MB. When are we going to have a big rally???
2001 silver & red int c/w hardtop on order (still waiting since Sept)

Welcome David..

I know there are more s2000 owners in our three provinces, it is a matter of finding them.

We will have a meet on day when it is worth while to do so. Anyways, we have the best club name

I ran into a young fellow this past summer, told him about the club and he never did check us out. Bummer!!

Hi Shelley and all "Prairie Redliners" Tkanks for the welcome aboard.

Are any of you prairie owners using your cars in the winter? I kept mine licienced and installed four winter tires.
I had a hard time getting the right size. I know you can get Blizzacks and Alpine tires to fit but none were available in Manitoba. I ended up getting a set of Yokamota (spelling??) the right size brought in from Vancouver. They are fabulous, the car drivers great on snow and ice.
Before I got these tires put on I couldn't move with a little snow on the road. These tires are supposed to offer great winter without studs, and they do. The car seems to operate great in the winter, I do plug it in at work during the day, and let it warm up before I run, also I don't redline like I do in the summer!
