Unless you have three sets of wheels and tires and just mount them yourself each time. You'll just pay the one-time fee of buying a third set of rims and rubber.

I agree 100% on the winter/summer tires needs. Funny thing is, I ran several track days on the Dunlop All-seasons that were on the car when I bought it from the dealer and it was awesome. They gripped like a dirty mother until they hit a point of too much heat and then they turned to goo. I had to stop after 6-10 laps at Mosport to let them cool. That's fine, I probably needed a little cooling off in the pit myself 
for some good weather!
