There is always a possibility of getting wheels scratched when mounting tires. I try to remember to tell them to mount the whole thing upside down so they only scratch the inside of the wheel. Even then, you have to keep your fingers crossed. TireCraft in Crowfoot seem to do a very good job but they don't sell Blizzaks.
