safety 21 = safe roll protection

cusco = pretty roll protection

I'd be willing to make that compromise

Cusco looks damn good. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone over 5'8" though. I don't think there is a really great overall solution for roll protection while retaining top down unless you're small. It's not a big car and you need a little room to flop around within the cage if you were rolling around.

ok... i think i will be doing suspension this year
coilovers and shaft spacers
new front end, new wing
and some other stuff... not sure yet

I have purchased (but have not yet received) a second hand 4.57 ring and pinion set. Should be cool!

So I'm gonna get the Hardtopguy diff install kit, with the various bearings and such, plus Modifry's Yellow Jacket speedo fix dealio.

I think I'll drive the car for a month or so once the snow's gone, then do a big install weekend/several days with the diff, Konis, Ground Controls and some new fluids too. Just need to grab the Ground Control top mounts by then. Oh, and I think I'll swap the inner drivers from side to side too while I have the rear end apart.

Meantime, still have to try to find some funds to grab a set of corner scales. Was hoping to buy a set with some friends, but we'll see...
