Default Winter driving?

Anyone do it around cowtown?
How bad is it, not only in terms of how hard is it to drive but also in terms of the beating on the car?

In my humble opinion, the vehicle should be stored in the winter. But I guess it really comes down to how much you love your car...

Pinoy,

Welcome to the forum. As I suggested earlier in our discussion over at beyond, the search feature here is marvellous. Winter driving has been discussed here hundreds of times, and you'd be better suited searching to get the information you need.

Good luck.

Here is a thread with movies of our "snow drags":

You have my comments on the "other" forum and they have been stated here many times. I'll just let those stand on record.
ps. Several of us Calgary owners drive this car in winter.

Winter in Calgary is far different from winter in SK or MB...

not to sound like an asshole or anything but im just wondering...these are some questions you usually want to ask before you buy the car? when I bought my s2 I thought about winter driving conditions (not really winter in vancouver compared to calgary) and such. The fact that youre looking to sell the car too kinda seems odd. Like I said, not trying to sound arrogant or anything but you should also decide if you want to keep your car or not. If you don't, you don't have to ask the questions cause your getting rid of the car, but if youre keeping the car...ask away
