Hello, this is my first post! Hopefully I'll have more when I get an S2K. I checked a couple of pages on the S2K for sale forum, but most is from the States... (although they do sell their cars cheap).

I'm from Edmonton Alberta. Besides from checking the usual place like canadatrader.com I also checked newspaper listings. Not many S2K for sale here in Edmonton.

Is there anyone selling their cars that's near the Edmonton city?

I choose the 2000 S2k because it's the oldest and cheapest I can afford right now. I saw on another thread that the GPW wasn't available for the 2000 model?
I saw one on canadatrader, a white one selling in BC.

Thank you for the reply. I'm looking for more the western region. I heard the east has more salt which is bad for rust. But never bought a car from there before, so I have no clue.

I have an '01 S2000 that I am considering selling. It is New Formula Red and only has 10,000 KM. Car is mint with front and rear spoilers and a Honda cover. PM me for details.

It's a myth in most cases. Besides, just look for one that wasn't driven in the winter (shouldn't be that hard to find) and you'll be fine. Prices definitely seem to be more affordable in the East as the market isn't as strong.

 

Mine's red on black with 40,000kms. I'm asking 32,000 let me know if your interested.

 

wow lots of cars for sale. Just a curious question, how much is it to repaint the entired car? I seriously really really like the GPW color, but it's rare to see it sold for 2000 or 2001 model.

Should I buy it in another color and repaint the whole car, or is that not worth it?

 

it always depends on who paints it... and how great of quality u want...its always the more you pay... the better quality u get
