I put it in thin as well. I can do 2 coats with 1 oz. I think.
Some people can do 3 coats with 1 oz. If you do it on the same day, you can easily do this since the applicator will be wet with whatever you're using.

Alright guys.....I think in some area's I might have put too much Z5/Z1 on......i think i got paranoid cuz it looked like there was nothing on the paint! but once it starts to dry, i guess u can see that there IS somehting on there.

Oh yeah....Former?....your making sure you spray your applicator with Z6 right? I sorta forgot for the first few wipes!

Hey guys.....so its not neccessary to wait 24 hours? Just as long as the coat has cured and dried?? Which is usually around 6 hrs?....the weather is nice right now....whats 70F in Celsius anyways?

I don't have Z6 but yes, I cleaned the applicator between coats. In the sun today, she looked great I'll be getting Z6 and Z7 this week so this weekend I'll complete the job.

Xviper, my sister saw your wife's PT cruiser and all she can say is "wow, that car is freakishly shiny"

naaa, it just says that for BEST results (showcar results)....u should wait the 24 hours before adding another coat. I havnt taken my car out in the sun yet but I think it looks pretty shiny I hope its as deep and shiny as everyone says it will be ......Its a black car, so im hoping for some really good results!

Im sick of waiting the 24hr period guys.....so ive quit at Z1, and 2 coats of Z5 with Z6's inbetween and as my final coat....lol

Its too nice outside to have my car all cooped up in the garage! I'll put on the Z2 next washing I have to say that it DOES attract way more dust now, not that it didnt before with the P21S.....but as far as depth?....id say its a bit more deep than the P21S, but not much more.....so we'll see when we get more coats of Z2 on

Im getting some spotting on the soft top when I used the Porsche top conditioner....will that go away??

Thanks guys!

Once you're done all your coats, just make sure that Z6 is the last thing you do after the final coat and after each wash and the dust situation will be less. Buffing of any layer of polish only charges the surface of the car. Z6 neutralizes the static charge to a great extent. Spray on and just wipe till its almost dry - don't try to buff Z6.
