Sorry I was driving for most of the day, put on 83 miles today, but I had to work too other wise I would have more. I plan on reaching 600 before the weekend is over.
The drive was even better then I thought it was going to be. Drove with the top down all day and got alittle burnt. Also got alot of compliments.
I'm hoping that we can get a day set so I can clear the corners and lower my car soon. Then we can go on a drive, and maybe a second creek day

Any ideas?

Ya, I figured you were out breaking her in. My guess was we weren't gonna hear from you again until first VTEC . Glad to hear you had a fun first day. This weekend looks perfect for a new owner. And, ya, I'm in for all of the above (assuming I'm back from vacation).

First off, congrats!!!

Secondly, I can understand if you don't wanna wait but I won't be back until September. But if I'm able to go ya'll can check out my new, way louder than I thought it would be, exhaust. Now, don't get me wrong, I love it but it's a teeny bit louder than I thought it would be. It's the Apexi N1 with a single exit. I figure I saved quite a bit of weight with it. The stock exhaust is heavy as HELL!!! And, it's not too bad for getting it for free. This is also somewhat temporary, because the muffler shop is goiing to redo the whole thing 3', mandrel bent and with no Cat when I get my turbo...again, for free. I'm sorry if I sound like I'm rubbing my good fortune in, but I'm excited. This hardly ever happens to me, well, before this year. I guess right now I"m the king of in the right place at the right time.

Enjoy your new "baby" Oracle!

Hey Bash - I like the signature design. Are you proposing it as an alternative to the other one?

Na, luc, was just looking for more *presence* in the general forums for the rocky mountain crew. after all, we put the rm in rpm. The sentimental side of me appreciates how the S and the 2 shape a heart. awwww. Anyone is welcome to use it as part of their sig.

Man, I had a great drive today and we definitely are in the best state in the union for an S2K. Was up in Conifer for some horseshoes and old friends today. On the way home, I paced a hi rev motorcycle through two canyons and didn't spinout once! I wonder how many S2K drivers get into a motorcycle mindset like I do sometimes. Nothing like pacing a bike to get those revs up high and proud. He sorta dorked on me when we hit 470 and shot by with little acknowledgement but he had to be having as much fun as I was coming through Kittridge and Morrison. I then inadvertently found myself in a parade of Corvettes on 470. Three high-pro C6s. They swung a U-turn soon after I joined. I think I scared them off. Another good day in an S2K.

So do we know when we want to meet up for a zaino day and clear corners?
