hey i been having this issue for 1 year now, the map sensor is been replace, new battery, new air filter. and nothing ... well yerstoday i took the car to honda dealer ... and they are saying it maybe be the TPS, but they are not sure if thats going to fixed.... so they toll me they can start by replacing the sensor and start from there......

so any one know any good mechanics in the colo springs area, that i can take my car?

no one in the springs, but Tobi at TC's Performance has a lot of honda knowledge and has worked on at least a dozen s2ks in co... he use to be a owner of a GPW... its worth the drive

 

Try tightening your throttle cable.its a do it yourself thing .that might help.10mm wrench i do belive.

 

what year and milage, any special conditions, when did the problemo start etc...

you can read the diagnostic for low idle in a honda repair manual,

get some fuel system cleaner to put in the tank, there are some good ones and people here, in a more general section, should be able to recommend one.
