Despite having been on this board since buying my car in 2003, I never joined one of the area groups until today. So in keeping with the spirit here's a little about me and my "sled."

My ride is back on the road sporting the used 2001 AP1 rims I customized over the winter. They are now pearl graphite with silver (stock) edges. The valve stems are gloss black aluminum and the center caps reflect Rick's "S" emblems.

The Hankook Ventus R-S2 Z212 rubber has a very nice feel that thusfar doesn't indicate that I've given up anything significant to the stock Potenza S-02s. Realistically I need a lot more mileage and varied road conditions under my belt for any definitive evaluation.

These shots were taken about 10 miles north of Mt. Rushmore near my home.





This last two shots show the Classic Carrier black luggage rack with leather straps that I've installed to augment the 5 cubic feet of trunk space during road trips.
