Is there a part number located on it? I believe there should be one. By the looks of it, it has all of the adhesive mounting places. However, they look to be unusable. So, you would have to put some 3M tape on the mounting locations. It looks legit to me.

I don't see a part number anywhere but on the little adhesive pads and on the little metal brackets it says " F01 S2A"

I have a replica AP1 lip and it's not near this complex. Really hoping this is OEM.

The replica lips are generally one fat piece of urethane that come with some "less than OEM" brackets for mounting. The OEM Lip also has lots of adhesion points for double sided tape built up on the lip that replicas generally do not have. This picture from eBay illustrates very well how easy it is to spot a fake.

The first post shows a REAL genuine OEM lip.

This is a Replica, eBay lip.

That's oem for sure, whoever primed the lip should have removed the metal clips and screws since they don't come painted from the factory. Oem lips are very flexible as well compared to knockoffs. Theres also a part number located on the inside of the lip which would say Honda etc..
