Default Best way to remove paint?

Hi,

I've just bought an Amuse R1 front bumper but it's painted white. I want to remove the paint before sending it to the shop.

What's the best way to remove the old paint? Paint remover or sanding?

The bumpers made from FRP.

Thanks

Sanding it down.

Why wouldn't the paint shop sand it, prep it, and paint it?...

They will do I'm sure.

I was going to have ago myself but I think I will leave it.

If your asking how to prep the bumper, its best to just leave it to the professionals. Sometimes trying to help out with something like this becomes a bigger problem for the body shop. Its not worth it.
