Bump and run! :(

Well heres the parkin lot damage, I need a new tailight, but the bumper looks salvagable. Its just scratched and hanging crooked. Seems like it just needs a repaint. But take a look at that body panel. Thats where I am nervous. Just ran it by a bodyshop today and they quoted me 1524.00 total for the fix. Im going to gather some other estimates early next week. Question is how tough is that panel, they really didnt tell me the procedures, I also probably wont be using them because of there secrecy. Help me out, I did some research but this is messin with my nerves so I thought I would ask myself! Thanks
the thing is that the rear 1/4 panel is welded on, so its a pain to replace
you should find a great shop to repair it, as it is a "tough" repair compared to just removing a front fender and putting on/painting a new one
i've had one of my rear quarter panels replaced, and it was a PITA to roll that fender

I'm guessing no note not anything its horrible. that is one piece and from the pic looks a bit harder to work out than just replace. A good shop will have no problem with it but ya 1500 is not that far off, i was side swiped from the door to the quarter panel and the cost was 3200
good luck
