Hi everyone!

I’m trying to buy an AP1 s2k (2001, 20k miles) in Japan.
It’s a humid country (especially during summer), and you can’t get away from rust in general - older jdms will most likely have some harmless surface rust here and there.
Anyways, I was checking out this clean s2k with light rust spots, circled in red:


I just wanted to make sure that this is in fact surface rust, and not the body rotting from inside.
What do y’all think? Is this something to be worried about?
Let me know what you think, any advice is greatly appreciated
