Default Can 3x3 section of rubbed off clear coat be fixed

So I accidentally rubbed off a 3x3 inch section of clear coat from my front bumper trying to remove pine tree sap. I have a silverstone and the paint is otherwise unharmed. You can clearly see the line of demarcation all around the perimeter. Would this be repairable or would a whole new bumper coating be needed? I have little experience with this unfortunately and am usually a Lurker on these boards.

The bumper can most likely be wet sanded and re-clear coated if it's not to bad, but I would take it to a shop to find out.

Just like any other spot repair, a little blending and wet sanding. Shouldn't be to hard to any decent painter.
