Default Ceramic 9H coating...

I recently saw this thing.

Don't really know much about it though.

That's an Australian company though, I'm pretty sure there are some in the U.S. but anyone know about this?

Permanent coating apparently...

I wouldn't buy anything from a company that apparently is based in a English speaking country but doesn't use a copywriter or proofreader that speaks english. The ad is full of made up words and phrases that are used incorrectly and that mean nothing.

I just read the whole web page....snake oil to the nth degree.

Ceramic Pro 9H is an excellent product in my opinion. This seems to be a different brand though. The results I have seen in person are pretty incredible. A local shop in San Jose that specializes in autoglass and detailing (Spider Autoglass) uses it on all almost all of their detailing jobs.

I know Graham Downey has had it applied to many of his cars. I have had their headlight coating applied to my car and couldn't be happier with the results.

It is a German based company if I am not mistaken: http://ceramic-pro.com

The link you posted may be a different product that uses a similar name. But can't go wrong with Ceramic Pro 9H specifically in my opinion.

Whatever....show me some independent lab test results, or at least a white paper put out by the company and I'll be a believer...rather than anecdotal testimonials from people who have paid for it or make money on it.

Snake oil until objectively proved otherwise, just like the scores of products that came before it.

Here's a thread about some detailers talking about it. Not encouraging to say the least....

Apparently there are U.S. companies also... Got me thinking of this. I like the idea. But wonder how long it'll last.
