Difference in 00-01 and 02+ soft tops/frame?

Difference in 00-01 and 02+ soft tops/frame?
I bought my car with an OEM hardtop already installed, but the car has the soft top removed completely. I have been shopping around for a used frame assembly and top but I keep seeing differences in years. My car is a 2001, would a frame assembly from say a 2006 car fit? What are the differences? (other than the glass rear window) If I buy a 2001 frame can I use replacement cloth for a newer year? I just can't seem to find a definitive list of what fits what. Any help would be appreciated. (and if you have any of these items for sale PM me)
