Default DIY bumper shave

Tried searching but no luck, but I'm sure this must have been covered before?

I want to remove my numberplate holder and headlight washers and smooth the bumper. What products should I be looking at getting to patch the holes and fill before priming?

I've been reading about Fusor (specifically 142 and 114) would these be suitable?

I've never done any plastic repair/filling before so any tips would be handy.

Thanks

Fusor makes some good products, but I always us 3m bumper repair. It's grey in color. I'll try to get you the stock number later, can't remeber off the top of my head.
