Hey guys, I have a quick question. There are two hooks under the headlight for the front bumper. Is the front bumper suppose to go over the hooks, or sandwich between the hooks and the beam?

I don't know how to upload the picture here, but here is what I see:

FYI, I had a little accident backing my car out. The front coastal metal splitter caught a low wooden step and pull the bumper apart! I put the front bumper back together with some bumper clips that I bought a while back (thank god I bought them!). I noticed that the bumper doesn't fit quite right under the headlight. Thanks a lot in advance!

 

Anybody? I looked at Rick's diffuser-front bumper removal instructions but it does not really clarify the hook position.
