Default Front Bumper and Lip Help

I need some advice fixing up my front bumper and lip.

Issue 1: Front Lip Sag
I came out of my driveway at too steep an angle and hit the front lip. Now it has a noticeable gap between the periphery and the front bumper. Is there anyway that I can fix that?

Issue 2: Loose Under Body Panel
Previous owner didn't have these fastened, what were the OEM fasteners that went here?

Whatever you do, make sure you wear the correct 3M respirator mask for the job, especially if you're doing 1K-2K on the clearcoat -- that stuff is toxic for your health.

For the front lip, if thats an OEM CR lip you probably have to take the bumper off and tighten the bolts on the backside of the bumper thats holding the lip on or add a washer to it. Probably got warped when you hit it at an angle. For the other thing, not sure. I think maybe just normal push clips?
