Front bumper Paint chips and cracks
I was driving main streets(harbor and Disney way) of Disneyland in Anaheim at 10pm and there was a soccer ball out of nowhere! It was already too late to swerve and too late to brake. The picture does not do any justice but it looks way worst in person. I feel sad :'(
Anyway to fix this myself or just go to a shop?

If you want to investigate the DIY paint chip repair, start with this video by Larry Kosilla of AMMO NYC:

And judging by the photos it looks like you're gonna have to do some paint correction to remove the scratches.
The big two issues I see here are:
1. It's a rather large area for touch-up paint--it's still doable IMO, but you'll likely want to (have to) level it (as shown in the video)
2. If incorrectly done, there's a risk of the surrounding paint flaking away from the touch up area. (Is this more likely with a plastic part than say a metal panel? I don't know; something you may want to find out from a body shop.)
I suppose it boils down to time & money (what is your insurance deductible, for example), and how O.C.D. you are about this defect vis-a-vis the rest of your car's paint when deciding to DIY or having a body shop do it, or buying a new, bare bumper and having a Honda dealer or body shop spray it. (This guy had his repainted for $350. I'm guessing a "touch up" with paint correction for the scratches will be at least $100. YMMV of course.)
