How do I put my rear bumper back on?

^^^sides are locked in (see pic #1 in OP)...I can see the two male tabs within the female portions on the bumper itself.

It's in the large tabs (under the taillight), I am taking it to the bodyshop tomorrow to get them to look at it. I keep marring the paint with my detailing gloves

it should snap into those tabs.

just line it up with the quarter panel and they should pop right in

Well, they looked at it...I looked at it...still sagging (that's what I'm calling it now). Snaps right in like it's suppose to but there's a noticeable gap. I am reluctant to say, but Im pretty sure the bumper or the mount point (on the body) is damaged because of getting rear-ended and I just didn't notice it when removing the bumper. *sigh* I'll live with it for a while until I decide to mess with it again.
