how would you fix that besides covering it up with side skirts?

A body shop should be able to pull out the damage and reshape the metal, with a little bit of filler it should be fixed.

They also could get away with just painting the bottom part of your rocker panel as berlina black is a solid color(they wouldn't need to blend the quarter panel and front fender)

i got the same problem.
and the shaved line under the door, front the of rear wheels cracked a bit.

is the crack fixable?

Sand down a strip in the paint, weld a tab to the metal, use a puller to pull the dent, cut the tab, use a little filler as possible to return it's shape. Repaint and blend.

Old school way is to drill a couple small holes and pull it out then use bondo to fill and blend. You can do it yourself if you have the time. Just paint the lower portions on both sides and no one will know the difference.
