Default Keyhole delete?

So I thought, I don't really need the keyhole anyways, so why don't I just delete it. My Accord doesnt have one at all.

Now my question was, that do I just have the body shop fill it with some filler, or is there anything I need to do? I heard of actuators or something need to be put (Bimmer forums), and also do I need to weld a plate on top of it,or filler should be enough?

Just get some J's2K keyhole covers. They fit perfect and give a nice flush look. I couldn't be happier with mine

My car came with Js2k covers, lol. I didn't do the doors but the bodyshop ended up using some kind of aluminum filler. The ish was sturdy lol. They filled the emblem holes, trunk keyhole everything. Sanded it down, and cars going for paint tomorrow
