If you have condensation then you need to deal with the leak or replace. Any number of shops will be happy to charge you to replace.

What's the "fading"? Are you referring to hazing on the headlight or lower light output from the bulbs? 3M and other companies make kits for the headlights. There are plenty of businesses that also offer headlight restoration services. For the latter you'd need to address the electrical issue causing the problem (possibly related to the moisture).

im refering to hazing on the headlight itself. all the bulbs work fine. theres just always water inside the lense itself. and the headlight lense looks foggy. can this be fixed by a shop? or do i have to completly change the headlight?
