Default Headlight Condensation

I cleared my headlights well over a year ago...yesterday I washed the car and noticed condensation in the passenger side headlight this morning.

1) What do I need to do to correct this (aside from reseal the headlight)? Do I need to cook and crack it again before resealing? Do I need to get the existing condensation out of the headlight and if so whats the best way to do so?

2) How quickly should I make an effort to correct this? Should I do it immediately or is it something that could wait until this weekend or next weekend?

I'm baffled as to how the seal could have broken so long after I cleared the headlights by c'est la vie...appreciate any help you guys can offer

My passenger headlight had condensation in it about a year ago, but I never cleared my lights. So it may not require you to remove your headlight and reseal them.

For me, I noticed that the turn signal bulb wasn't seated correctly in the headlight casing. I took out the turn signal bulb and the high beam bulb and let the car sit in the sun for a few hours. After all the condensation was gone, I reinstalled the turn signal and high beam bulbs and put some dialectic grease around the rubber boot of the high beam connector and around where the turn signal connector meets the headlight housing. I haven't had any problems with condensation since.
