Default OEM ap1 Front Lip

I am having the front of my car repainted and wanted to cap it off with an OEM front lip. I am going to just order from my local dealer but what I'm wondering is, do I need anything special to install it? Does it come with the black weather strip on it?

I can't find any pictures of it being "unboxed" as they say, just want to see what I have ahead of me.

It has what you need. Just order the lip and have a 10mm socket, a ratchet, a Philips screwdriver, a marking tool of some kind (I used a safety pin) and that's about it.

Everything as far as hardware will be included with the OEM lip. Your lip will have the blackweatherstripping on it out of the box then you just need your basic tools to put it on. Here is mine when I unboxed it...minus the hardware which is still in the box but you get the idea...
