Any update on this?

 

I bought one of the ebay polyurethane replicas but it was so flimsy it looked like it would never be straight all the way across.

The stock lips are ABS plastic so they mount better and keep their shape better.

 

Do they say made in taiwan on the back?

 

I sent an email yesterday and was told next week.
