Is the OEM Front Bumper gloss or semi gloss?
Is the OEM front bumper painted gloss or semi gloss from the factory?
When I look at my OEM bumper up close, its not necessarily as glossy as my hood or fenders, but my car is not the best conditioned paint, and the front bumper is the first thing to have contact with rocks, dirt, insects, and other road debris during driving speeds causing the bumpers quality to decline. I am getting a new bumper painted, and the paint guy asks me options of semi-gloss or gloss. He suggests the bumper would look good in semi gloss. I'd like to have the bumper painted to whatever the OEM bumpers paint coat would be.

Most good body guys will blend a newly painted parts with surrounding pieces so they don't look out of place. Honestly depending on how old your paint is and how well it was taken care of, a good detail (full paint correction) will bring back the glossiness. It will look better with a newly painted bumper TBH.
Gloss. Meaning at least two full coats of clear coat then a cut and buff. That's how it would look factory. But yes, if the rest of the car is in need of work then it will definitely look new compared to the rest.
