orange stuff inside headlight

orange stuff inside headlight

My right headlight has this orange stuff, i suspect from water damage, is there any way to clean it?? Or do i have to buy a new one

This is the most vague description ever. If it's on the clear plastic lens, plastx.

No idea what you are talking about but you can open the headlight up to alter or clean if you need to
