Hello, my car had been in an accident and a few in the past from the previous owner and I would like to repair the chip paint on the front bumper without breaking the bank since its a salvage title. anyone have any tips? I will take a picture tomorrow for a detailed view.

 

I painted my lower lip myself. I used product from automotivetouchup.com with great success. purchase the sandpaper, plastic adhesive primer, primer, colour, and clear coat. total cost was about $75, with one can of each purchased. if you redo the whole bumper, you'll need more than one can of colour and clear. you can do it and not break the bank. their online videos were helpful.
