the only thing that id think would work is a rubbing compound and follow with another less aggressive polish then a wax/sealent

update please OP....lol.
sorry, not too active on here so much anymore

i believe after posting i did try a rather harsh rubbing compound. it didnt remove the yellow area, but it did lightly scratch the area i rubbed (luckily its not the actual paint) it seems as if its just been absorbed into whatever that rubber-ish type undercoating is.

I seem to recall from reading in the Wash and Wax forum that the problem may be tire sauce buildup. Do you put shiny shit on your tires?

I had this same issue, you CANNOT remove it without rubbing it down to the point where it looks bad. I took mine to Honda and they repainted it under waranty, it looks great now. I think the body shop said it is the way the do the coating (the coating is actually a clear coating over the white paint). The shop used a coating, then painted the GPW over it, and then clear coated it, so hopefully it does not happen again.

I'm 99% sure Klasse All In One or Duragloss #501 will remove it.

^ like i and others have said, it wont come out. if you look at it, its almost like its stained whatever coating they have put on there. even the tough rubbing compound wont take it out. i do put tire stuff on, but i dont leave it all dripping wet, i actually wipe it off because i dont like them super shiny looking.

i got the same thing on my right fender. it looks like some hard plastic grime. i tried to take it off and it left a yellowish mark. so i decided not to take it off. that crap is all over on the left side of the front right wheel area. when i get home imma take it to a pro detailer and hopefully it will come out. and yea i could do the detailing my self but i aint got time.
