Default Paint yellowing

hey, i was wondering if anyone had a similiar problem as me, and what they did to get rid of it... my car is GPW and towards the bottom of our paint jobs along the driver/passenger side there is a textured paint area that feels almost rubberish. towards my front wheels that area is starting to turn yellowish, only on that bottom area im assuming from dirt/dirty water. anyone have a tip or idea on what i can do, or what kind of product i can use to remove this, that is safe for my paint? i have tried claybar, polish, rubbing compound, and polishing compound. i dont know where to turn next
