Painted AP2 bumper on AP1
Looking to install an AP2 bumper on my AP1. Bumperworksonline.com has reconditioned OEM bumpers painted and shipped. They are $160 for the bumper plus $220 painted. Shipping is an additional $65. $445 painted and shipped is a pretty good deal. Anybody have any experience with this place?

Did you Google the company for reviews?
Reconditioned maybe, but not painted if you want the paint to match your old car. Too much paint fade and some color change is much worse than others. Get your local body shop to paint it if you want it to match. But It cost me $600.55 to have my '06 front bumper removed, refinished (including not painting the faux intake vents), and remounted with the OEM painted front lower spoiler I furnished (in the original box).
The bumper is probably too big to ship other than by truck. Doesn't weigh anything but it's big.

I would recommend just getting the bumper then getting your grill and tow hook cover from Majestic.
It's be best to have it painted locally to have it match. Giving them your tow hook cover or fuel cover to try to match would be best if you do not want to blend it.
Also for AP2 bumpers you should trim your bumper bar a tad to avoid cracking under the headlights.
