Default Possibly repainting?

This thought just crossed my mind, so I have no idea if it will ever even come close to happening or not, but I am mildly interested in completely blacking out my car. This includes paint, badges, wheels, windows, etc etc. What will it cost me at a reputable paint shop for a factory quality repainting job?

The idea of a completely blacked out car has always intrigued me, but I'm not sure if it's practical.

That looks amazing to me (not my car obviously).

So those of you familiar with quality paint shops, what would an average full quality paint job typically cost? I'm assuming they could just sand off the clear coat and paint over the old Suzuka paint because the black is so much darker, but I have no idea. Please let me know!

Painting any color over any other color is fine. I charge 4000 for complete back show winning paint jobs. Providing there isn't any damage to be fixed.

I did for what i believed to be a white repaint, black is a whole different ball park. The last black paint job I did we held a tape measure to the car, 2 feet was clearly visible in the reflection of the paint.

There is some damage that could be fixed, if you mean paint surface damage. Basically some small chips, scratches, etc. Barely visible, but I would want to go all out if I decide to repaint.

By damage i mean dents and dings. Paint defects don't count.
