I did some searching but I'm still not 100% sure on which ones will work for me. Car is a MY03 and don't know how the size of these emblems differ from the other model years. Will the JDM badges from hardtopguy.com work for my car? Or should I be looking at something different?

Its says 00-01 only but I have an AP2 front bumper and they fit fine. I bought my black ones here.

 

Non oem one's will fade and look bad after one year. I'd just get OEM and save the trouble.

 

Check out Rick's badges. I have Suzuka Blue with a silver S Body and wheel badges. The body badges are the same size as the "H" badges.
I have not had any fade issues and they have been on the car since 2005.
