Removing scratch
I was meeting up with this paintless dent removal guy that everybody recommended on the socal forum to pull out some dents.
Anyways, he went out of his ways to remove some scratches (taught me the process too).
I am looking to try his method.
As long as the scratch is not deep enough (feel by the fingernail), the followings steps can be done:
1. Wet sand with 2000 grit sandpaper
2. Use some 3M compound (I got a bottle from him)
3. Buff the spot with a drill that has the wool thing
Sounds right?
Tnt

slight scratches, yes.
for deeper scratches, you may need to use filler paint that you can get at your local dealer.
then repeat the process above
for DEEP scratches, you will need body filler and filler paint
then repeat the process above.
