Default Rust from Rock Chips

Need some advice on these rust spots. I need to take it to a shop, but some professional/experienced advice would really help before I get an estimate. Also can anyone recommend a shop in NJ?

that is a very easy fix, no need to take it to a shop. Simply sand the spots down to shiny metal, then touch up with a Honda paint pen. You could add primer before the paint step if desired but they are such small spots, as long as you get it down to clean metal and coated it should be safe. I have a pen that uses fibreglass strands to sand small spots like that, it gives pin point accuracy for sanding small spots, as the glass strands wear down you turn the end of the pen and new strands feed outwards, easier to use than sandpaper, you can likely find them at most auto parts stores - 3m product is the one I use but others can be found too online For the paint I like to put it on in two thin layers using a toothpick, put some paint on a piece of plastic or foil wrap from a Honda touch up pen, and the dab it with a pointy toothpick for better control. When I use a touch up pen I always end up putting it on too thick. Just my 2 cents
