Default Soft Top Frame Install?

Hey guys, I recently bought a used 2006 soft top with frame and motor to convert my 2000 soft top with plastic window. My soft top is currently in excellent condition with no wear or tear but the plastic window is getting scratched from being opened and closed many times. Now I am just wondering if anyone knows where or how to remove the soft top frame or have any instructions?

Also, I purchased a used hardtop for a steal of a price of $600 with out hardware in suzuki blue. My car is berlin a black, so i would need to repaint the hardtop. I am currently debating if i should respray just the exterior of the hardtop or spray the whole top inside and out without glass removal. What do you guys think? But also I might repaint the car a custom colour later and could just paint the exterior till then.

Thanks
