Default Vinyl Wrap S2000

Hey guys, im thinking of wrapping my car with 3M's deep gloss blue metallic wrap, I really like the monte carlo blue but I don't have money for a repaint so this is the closest I can do atm. I was just wondering, do any of you guys know exactly how much wrap it takes to wrap the whole car? Im still running a soft top right now so the roof doesn't need to be wrapped. Im saw on amazon that 250 sq ft will cost me about $580, would that me overkill or not enough? Any help will be appreciated.

$580 is way to much money for wrap. I just bought over 50ft of Vvivid vinyl to wrap my Integra for under $350 shipped. Check out there site, they have a lot of deals on over stocked vinyl. They should also be able to help you out on how much vinyl will be needed to wrap your car. Good luck, its a bitch of a job lol..

I'll check the site out thanks, would the reason for why its so much more expensive be because its a metallic colour?

I am not to sure, I am still new to the vinyl wrapping. My Integra is my first car wrap, I am still not finished. I assume it would cost more for metallic.

A wrap shop that is located in my work building told me that they can order wrap in any custom or oem paint colour, like Monte Carlo blue or any other colour.

I live in Toronto Canada and want to wrap my ap2 matte military green. i called a local (very well known) wrap shop in the area and they quoted me $2,500 + tax (canadian). they must be making a killing if the wrap only costs them $400.

That is insane, I am sorry but I would never pay that kind of money to wrap a car. Yes it is time consuming and very difficult if its your first time, but it's doable and saves so much money in the long run if you do it yourself.

I started my Integra last week, I have half the car finished. Mind you I am only working at it on the weekends. I assume a s2000 would take up less time since it has the soft top and the body is all around smaller.

On another note, I don't think I would want to do another car lol...

Do it yourself. My first time. About $400 into vinyl and supplies. I love it.

40+ hrs later my Integra is finished. As much as I hated doing it, I would consider wrapping my S2000 lol..
