I did the DupliColor paint for my wheels. The silver was pretty close to stock. I wound up doing it twice over a 6 month period. There is a learning curve. It has been about 4 years now and it has held up well. I used 3X5 cards to insert between the tire and wheel for masking. I also put the tape around the groove inside the wheel so I did not paint the inside. It turned out fine. You cannot tell.

It's not so complicated, I ground my AP2V2 wheels to remove the machine marks on the face from the factory. Worked the wheels up from 60 grit to 800. Had the wheels sprayed inside and out with Chroma-base Silverstone metallic and Chroma-base clear. Cost about $500 to do. Professional finish.
