Default ABS / Wheel Speed Sensor Fail?

My ABS pump is cycling when speed drops below ~10 mph.

No ABS light.

I think one of my wheel speed sensors is shot, how do I figure out what one it is with a multimeter?

I've checked resistance across all of them and get around 1.3 kOhms

Voltage from the ABS module is consistent.

All the tone rings seem to be in decent shape with no missing teeth.

Any suggestions are appreciated, the sensors are expensive so I'd like to have confidence that I am replacing a bad one.

Thanks

You can spin the wheels and measure voltage output from the sensor, just check for consistent readings.
Disconnect the big connector at the ABS module and check from there.

Excellent, thanks for the link. Didn't show up on my previous searches for some reason.

Those pin-outs will be much easier to access than the individual wheel speed sensors.
