If you were going toput a spacer behind the rotor for proper fitment, how thick would the spacer need to be? I'm thinking about having my friend water jet the spacers for me. If you are interested OP, I could have him do a set for you as well.

I did the math and got 3.4mm(the difference of the nsx and s2k top hats). You should probably play around with some washers first to see if 3.4mm is correct though before spending the money to get them made. I'd love to run them as well but my guy already shaved them down. We'll see though, I wanna make this into a bolt on kit. Makes things a bit more straight forward. Pm me how much it would cost to make those spacers.
Will post pictures of the progress tomorrow! Still trying to figure out if we can get a Timesert for the bolts.

Thats something you'll have to figure out. Every wheel has a different design so it's hard to say but I would think TL-S, Evo, 350z, G35 and Sti wheels would fit since these cars all have Brembos. But from what i've seen, most concave or flat face wheels dont fit. Maybe take a look in the Stoptech thread for aftermarket wheel selection. I'm gonna end up running spacers or OEM EVO/STI wheels if they fit.

So I emailed TIME SERT about getting something that would fit but they said it might not work. I replied with an email asking about they're BIG SERT's. The BIG SERT has a thicker wall which may work just perfectly. Initially I was worried because the TIME SERT is a direct set of steel replacement threads. The initial hole is drilled out with a bit supplied in they're kit, then they provide a tap that is used to make the threads for the steel insert.
Will update again tomorrow

So I gotta double check how much was taken off cause it looks like more than 3.4mm however I do know that the thickness is now 18mm and ill be ordering the 17.5mm steel inserts. PN5212 w/17.5mm inserts

Just so you guys know, I am still waiting for the paint, inserts and seals and then I can update this thread with a proper write up, pics, measurements and instructions.
Stay Tuned!
Edit: What do you guys recommend for getting the existing paint off? Sandblasting or scuff them up? I will be using G2 caliper paint. THX

Got my Russell Speed bleeders, BIG Sert kit and some 2 part epoxy paint. Just order some black Brembo decals as well and will be picking up the seals on Tuesday from the dealer. If all goes well i can have everything put together by the end of the week.

Update: Well the brakes are done but will not fit my wheels of course lol. I expected that. Im in the middle of rebuilding them right now and will be painting them either today or tomorrow. Anyways this is the finished product.
Brand new Brembo dust boots(re-using the seals)
Caliper and all its pieces(Haven't weighed the OEM caliper yet)
Hub and S2K brake disc
Wheels #1 (CE28N L3 face 17x9.5 +35) Needs 20-25mm spacer to clear. *20mm spacer in pics*

After trying both 20mm and 25mm spacers, I discovered the 20mm wasn't enough. I will be running 25mm all around which works out because I will be running J's front fenders and ASM rears.
Here's some more pictures of the brakes on the car(still test fitting):
Clearance with the ce28's
Wheel/fender/brake fitment(irrelevant..)
Weight of the TL caliper
Weight of the S2K caliper
Caliper size comparison
G2 caliper paint(rushed the painting process and they didnt turn out too great)
Now hopefully I can get these on the car before the next track day and test them out. So far I can say that the Brembo setup is 12% stronger, 2lbs lighter and 10x nicer ;p..Lets hope these perform well on both the street and track!!
I will get the exact measurement of the amount of material shaved off the caliper soon.

Haven't made time to find the thickness of the mounting points yet. And I'm also considering selling my set or picking up some BBK friendly wheels. I currently have two sets that both need huge spacers that I'm not willing to run. So it's just a matter of me coming up with some extra cash for some wheels that fit.
You will need a 30mm spacer to clear a 17x9.5 +35 volk ce28 wheel(in the pictures above, the wheel studs are actually hitting the wheel. Holes arent big enough)
