I dont know if this should be here but oh well. Stupid question but this is a forum right? Anyways, my skunk2's came in and my wheels and tires are coming in 2 weeks ( balanced and everything, ready to put on and roll). Question is, would it make a difference if i got my springs put on and aligned on my stock wheels and then put my new ones on when they get here? or should I wait till my wheels get here and get it all done? Sorry for the noob question guys lol but i was just curious of the bigger tire/wheels size will throw anything off if i put them on later

 

No but they will settle. I consider the first week just a double check and go back in to see if everything stayed tight. If you stayed sane on the drop, they alignment wont destroy your tires.

 

Getting alignment with the new wheels are more ideal, since treadwear and such do make slight differences. If it's just two weeks to wait for the new wheels, then just wait for it, the two weeks won't kill your stock wheels that much, assuming you don't drive like 5,000 miles in two weeks.
