Default Is alignment necessary after 3/4" drop

I lowered my car 3/4 of an inch on springs about a month ago and have yet to get an alignment. I just put on 17x9's with fresh rubber and am wondering if im shredding those tires and should dish out the $130 for an alignment.

Thanks

an alignment is always required. Anytime a change is made to suspension, the geometry WILL be thrown off.

Yes, you are wearing those new tires unnecessarily.

Its a good idea to get an alignment whenever you put on new tires anyway.

See how much it costs for a lifetime alignment...

You most certainly need an alignment. After I dropped abut the same, 3/4", I asked the alignment shop to give me a view of the alignment before they made any changes and it was off way more than i thought it would be.
