i know this in an eibach thread, but i recentley installed the swift spec R springs and all i can say is WOW. i notice a difference in handling, less body roll and better overall control. i was going between these springs back and forth and i happy with my switch purchase. 1.2 inches lower front and rear. but alot stiffer spring rates then the two posted above.

nice! Your springs will settle a tad bit more, my friend had tein springs on his Ap2 and they were a tad bit lower. Give it a week or so.

Here was mine on Eibach Pro Kits. Loved them with stock shocks on and off the track. I was really impressed. Next on my list is the Eibach Multi Pro R2 coilovers...
